Changes & Cancellation

In case of change

For changes made after 24 October 2025, there will be addi­tion­al admin­is­tra­tive expens­es of 25 EUR.

All changes in the hotel reservation made after 17 October might be invoiced to the participants invited by CARTOON. If you are departing earlier of arriving later than what was previously agreed, please let us know before this date.

In case of cancellation

  • For can­cel­la­tions made in writ­ing before 24 October 2025, fees will be ful­ly refund­ed but there will be addi­tion­al admin­is­tra­tive expens­es depend­ing on the hotel’s / air­line company’s poli­cies.
  • For can­cel­la­tions made in writ­ing after 24 October 2025 par­tic­i­pants will remain liable for the pay­ment of the reg­is­tra­tion fee (300€ + tax­es) and the hotel costs, accord­ing to our can­cel­la­tion pol­i­cy with the hotel.

If an air tick­et has been issued, it can­not be changed or reimbursed.
