Eveli­na Pog­gi is CEO and co-founder of Lynx Mul­ti­me­dia Fac­to­ry, an ani­ma­tion pro­duc­tion com­pa­ny. After grad­u­at­ing in For­eign Lan­guages, she moved from film crit­ics to audio­vi­su­al pro­duc­tion, always ready to expand her skills in the sec­tor. For­mer ani­ma­tion pro­duc­tion man­ag­er for de Mas & Part­ners, in 2009 she found­ed JobAn​i​ma​tion​.eu, a con­sul­tan­cy com­pa­ny for pro­fes­sion­als. Since 2005 she is lec­tur­er for the mas­ter Screen­writ­ing and inter­na­tion­al pro­duc­tion at the Catholic Uni­ver­si­ty of Milan.

Paul is founder and CEO of Mul­ti-Emmy award-win­ning Tel­egael, one of Ireland’s largest film, ani­ma­tion and tele­vi­sion stu­dios. Estab­lished in 1988, the Tel­egael group today employs up to 400 peo­ple annu­al­ly on a range of ani­ma­tion and live-action projects. In 2019 Tel­egael became part of the Toonz Media Group. Paul has more than 30 years expe­ri­ence in film and tele­vi­sion pro­duc­tion, co-pro­duc­tion and financ­ing and acts as exec­u­tive pro­duc­er on many of Telegael’s productions.
