• 7 July 2025 - Your visual for the Digital Exhibition
  
• Mid-July 2025 - Your chairperson
  
• 18 August 2025 - Your technical form
  
• 18 August 2025 - Your trailer
• Early September - Your pitching session and technical meeting
  
• Early September - Your rehearsal date (only for new comers)
