The Company has defined specific retention periods for each category of Data, as follows:

Personal Data: Retained for a maximum of 10 years. This period is justified by the need to:

  • Maintain a historical record for the sector.
  • Address ongoing requests from institutional and territorial partners.

Payment Data: Retained for a maximum of 7 years. This period is required by the Belgian Tax Code, which mandates retention for compliance with fiscal regulations.

Tracking Technologies, Cookies & Usage Data:

  • Necessary Cookies (Craft CMS): Retained only for the duration of the user session.

  • Formie Form Cookies: Retained for a maximum of 12 months.
  • Third Party Embeds (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.): These services may add their own tracking scripts, but We have no direct control over this data. After the expiration of these retention periods, the relevant Data will be securely deleted, unless required to be kept for a longer period for legal or regulatory reasons.

  • Conduct statistical analyses.
  • Continuously improve the Service and its performance.
  • Enhance the overall functionality of the Service.

We will not store or collect Your payment card details.
