One-to-One Meet­ings

CONCEPT

CARTOON organises One-to-One Meetings for animation professionals who wish to meet with other participants (speakers, producers, etc.). Based on the participant’s choices, CARTOON will send a list of meetings organised with the different companies registered to the One-to-One Meetings that interest them. Each meeting will last for maximum 20 min. Please note that this moment aimed at connecting young talents with professionals during one-to-one sessions.

HOW IT WORKS?

1. Register to the One-to-One Meetings by ticking the appropriate box on the Cartoon Springboard’s online registration form.
2. A One-to-One Meetings form will open few weeks before the event to allow you to make your choice. Please note that the list of participants you'll see when you log in includes all the professionals who have signed up for the One-to-One Meetings (not all the participants).
3. Each participant builds their own list of preferences.
4. Once the selection phase is complete, our team steps in to create the final schedule by prioritising mutual requests and availability. You’ll receive your personalised meeting schedule a few days before the event. Please note that this agenda is final and shall not be changed. Please note that our team is doing its best to meet your choices, but we can't guarantee that you'll be able to meet all the professionals selected.
5. On site, you’ll have up to six different meetings, each lasting 20 minutes.

There is no extra fee to participate to the One-to-One Meetings, it's included in your registration fees.
