Accred­i­ta­tion Fees

  • 250 EUR* for young talents with and without project. Meals (2 lunches and 2 dinners) and accommodation (3 nights) are offered.
  • 300 EUR* for other participants. Meals (2 lunches and 2 dinners) are included.

(incl. VAT & registration fees of Cartoon Springboard and administration costs)

EU companies can recover the VAT charges (if they are liable for VAT).

For all participants, the registration fees includes:

  • Access to all pitching and keynotes sessions onsite
  • 2 lunches
  • Coffee breaks
  • 2 dinners: Welcome Dinner and Farewell Dinner
  • Access to One-to-one meetings and social events
    Access to the mobile app with all information (programme, participants contact details, etc.)
  • Professional membership and administration costs

1/ For young tal­ents pitch­ing a project

Fee: 250 (incl. VAT)
Deadline to register: 20 September 2024

You are a young talent if:

  • You are a European citizen or you studied in Europe
  • You have graduated from an animation school or cursus after summer 2019

If you're interested in pitching a project at Cartoon Springboard, please make sure to submit it before the deadline on 2 September 2024. Following the review by the Selection Committee, you'll be notified whether your project has been accepted or not, along with a registration code for the event.

You'll then need to register for the event using the provided code. Please ensure that all individuals pitching with you, who wish to participate online, also register themselves.

Special benefits:

  • Accommodation (3 nights) is also included for the young talents
  • Benefit from a consultant's expertise before (with the moderator) and during the event (with expert feedback after your pitch)
  • Receive written evaluations from experts and producers registered for the event through the app
2/ For young tal­ents with­out project

Fee: 250 EUR (incl. VAT)
Deadline to register: 4 October

You are a young talent if:

  • You are a European citizen or you studied in Europe
  • You have graduated from animation schools after summer 2019

Register as a participant and have the privilege of hearing both pitching sessions on animation projects and the instant guidance given by our panel of digital experts.

3/ For pro­fes­sion­als with­out project

Fee: 300 EUR (incl. VAT)
Deadline to register: 4 October

If you are scouting for talents, this is your chance to discover exclusive projects and meet the upcoming generation.

4/ Schol­ar­ship

If you are a citizen of one of the following countries (Alba­nia, Armenia, Bosnia and Herze­gov­ina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Geor­gia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Moldavia, Mon­tene­gro, North Mace­do­nia, Repub­lic of Ser­bia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Tunisia and Ukraine), you may benefit from a scholarship in order to participate in Cartoon Springboard.

You can apply for a scholarship to attend Cartoon Springboard until 26 July 2024.

> Producers from these countries who want to pitch a project are also eligible for the scholarship.

  • If you are interested in attending with a project: please send your application form to mastersoperations@cartoon-media.eu by 26 July. The deadline to submit your project online is 2 September.
  • If you are interested in attending without pitching a project: please send your application form and your CV+motivation letter to mastersoperations@cartoon-media.eu by 26 July.

Attention: Scholarship candidates requiring a Schengen VISA must inform CARTOON of their VISA approval by the end of September 2024. Any changes after this date will result in room cancellations and administration fees.
