By 11 October 2024, you will receive the date of your pitching session. You commit yourself to be available for the 3 days of the event (29, 30 and 31 October).

Dura­tion of your pitch

Each pitching session is a 30-minute session:

  • 13 minutes to present the project (concept, main characters, intentions, visuals...)
  • 13 minutes for a panel of renowned experts (broadcasters, distributors, producers, streamers, editors, directors...) to give their first impression on the pitch and offer practical advice and guidance.
  • 4 minutes “in”/”out” (so that the next pitch can be prepared on the stage)
